…AND IF I DON’T HAVE THOSE INSURANCES?

Being Out-of-Network means that we work for YOU. It has its advantages as we don’t get limited by insurance companies, and we can build a plan that’s best for you. If you have a high-deductible plan, the cost is comparable and you’re guaranteeing quality. You can use your “Out-of-Network” insurance benefits (which can reimburse well depending on your coverage making the cost comparable, especially if you’ve had other medical expenses like surgery). You can use your HSA (health savings account) or FSA (flex spending account). While we do collect fees directly, we provide an itemized super bill to submit to your insurance company. By submitting your receipt, you may be able to recover a percentage of the cost you pay upfront.

WHERE DO I BEGIN?

We prefer to start cash-based clients off with a phone conversation to ensure that your situation will respond best to the type of service we provide. If not, we will refer to someone who can help you get the results you seek. Please email, text, or call and leave a voicemail and I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m able (typically lunch hour or after 5 pm).

What If I Don’t Get Better?

We get it. It’s impossible to guarantee results in healthcare. We won’t promise results.

What we will promise is satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your experience at Empower PT, your money will be refunded (Out of Network / cash pay services only).

We care about you being able to do what you want on your terms. Because of that, we also promise the following things.

Our Promise

We will do everything in our power to resolve your discomfort. In the rare case we cannot, we will send you to someone who we believe can.

We will only tell you to stop doing something as a last resort. In some situations, it is necessary to temporarily modify or reduce the volume of a particular activity. However, our goal is to help you do as much as possible of what you love while letting your injury heal.

We will be honest about the likelihood of your pain resolving with conservative management. If your best option is surgery, we will tell you.
